Yep this team rocks. Anyway some of you rock. I can't seem to get exercising. I do walk but not the other.

You guys do ROCK!!! To bad the team lead...isn't doing good this week......fell off the wagon...didn't loss any.....but didn't gain....grateful....Going to pick myself up and start again this week...Keep up the good work and inspiration... emoticon

I DID IT!!!! 6 days, 6 workouts!! 1 lb lost!!! I get a treat!! new shoes for me!!!

GREAT JOB LADIES!!! Two more weeks to go of school and I will be back on track with all of you. Bad news is I haven't been working out very much at all, but the good news is I am still at 148, maybe working my brain to the bone is actually keeping me from gaining (ha,ha,ha). To all of you Keep up the great work and also, "WELCOME" to the new ones. This is by far one of the greatest TEAMS!

I have already met my goal. I increased my calories burned per week from 1500 to 2500 (I was already burning more than 1500 most weeks, but I changed it "officially" which meant, I HAD to do higher)

I am currently at 2600 burned with Tonight, Friday & Saturday left to go.

Way to go Linnja!!! I have followed my plan all week. I've planned to work out 6 times a week for the next three weeks. I have a mini reunion coming up and I thought what a better motivater than that to get me jump started. Half way there for the week!
My workout buddy Jenn says I'm crazy and she hates me, but what doesnt kill us, makes us stronger!!!!!!!

I think anything more than what we have been doing will work!

Just finished 31 minutes at 2.6/mph BUT I added 1.0 incline. Oh my aching butt muscles! emoticon

I did 30 minutes on the treadmill yesterday and am getting ready to go on right now....so that's 2 down and 1 aerobic to go and 1 strength training to go for my challenge......

Sounds Like you are all working hard on the challenge. MY plan got changed when I painted a bedroom monday, can't hardly move...Have done my walking.....no weight traing...ugh...maybe next week I'll get on track...Keep up the work ladies... emoticon

I decided to bump my weekly calories burned up to 2500. (It was previously 1500)

I don't think it will be a problem this week, as I did 130 minutes of cardio between this morning and tonight and between that and yesterday already have 1600+ for the week. emoticon

Ok...My workout plan is to do aerobic at LEAST 3 times per week....and strength training at least ONCE this week.

Hey Mon, I was just teasing you. If you exercise 1 day a week and it's more than you were doing, then that's good.

I haven't been on my treadmill for a week and I have no excuses. (like 4 active kids and a husband)

Please stop in more than once every couple of months. Amuse us with your stories.

well i mean i am not up to the point where i am exercising everyday. 3 times a week is already a stretch for me...i guess i am just too far behind you guys...maybe when i get past my first stages...well good luck everyone. i will revisit in the next couple months.

Alright Ladies, I've got this weeks challenge for us.
Did everyone pamper themselves last week??
Well back to business, this weeks challenge is
* Make yourself a Workout plan for the entire week.
Write it down, and check it off each day as you
complete it. If you stick to it for the whole week then give yourself a fabulous reward!!
