Is the 1 M&M, 2M&M while we are doing the crunches??!! This team is great. I leave and it's M&M"S... but Linnja you have a good idea...Maybe we should let everyone come up with the goals....rotate each week. Steph did this week....who wants challenge #6??? Let me know..

emoticon I don't like the goals we have here!!! I think I should make them up....of course they would be really HARD things like...
1. get up in the morning
2. Think about exercising
2. Only watch 4 hours of TV a day
3. Be on the computer for only 12 hours a day.

I did my 50 on the ball for the first time today, maybe if I wasn't laughing I would have done better.
But it was tough, And I felt it in the end!!

I did 100 today (50 in the AM, 50 in the PM).

I am soooooo glad I have an exercise ball, they aren't so bad on there...but I hated when I used to have to do them on floor!

Try and split it up, Last night I almost forgot to do them, so when I was in the bathroom I did 25 and then 25 right before I jumped into bed!!!

5 is just great!! just remember to do it 5 times a day!
