I can't exercise right now. I fell down a flight of stairs, well I actually missed a step, caught myself, hurt my shoulder and my big toe. It is bruised real bad. Can not get shoes on yet. so exercise is out for a little while. Rosiekay.

I did okay on challenge yesterday, and calories hopefully. Popcorn hurt me last night but I will work it off today. Got lots to do. Have a good weekend everybody. Drink the water, get lots of sleep, and keep tracking. Rosikay.

Well this week is good. I lost 2lbs emoticon but the funniest thing is my inches aren't doing anything...lol
oh well,,,feeling good and hoping you are all doing good. Hang in there one day at a time...Dee emoticon

Sounds like everyone will have a easy week for our challenge. but thats okay, sometimes we need easy..lol

Hey everyone!! My MA Dee might not be here today! Her computer died. My hebby went over to fix it. SO maybe she'll be on later.
As for this weeks challenge, no problem. I LOVE TO SLEEP!LOL
I worked out for 55 min, step aerobics, I'm at 6 on the water and I'll be in bed at 8o'clock tonight!!

LOL!!!! Sleep won't be a hard challenge for me!!!!! I'm not working at the moment and have nothing else to do (but eat) so I sleep alot!!!

I TOTALLY have not been "eating healthy" for 6 of out 7 days....today being the 7th so I had BETTER eat well today.

When I get "on a roll" ...I tend to isolate as well so I haven't even been reading the boards or logging my food or exercising or anything. I've totally been whacko!

Wow, I can hardly wait to see what my weigh in is tomorrow.... emoticon

TODAY I WILL BE HEALTHY(ER)!!

Can't help it but I have EXTREME self-loathing at times like this. And any "you're ok's" are not going to make me feel better.

I try and get the right amount of sleep all the time. I try to go to bed about 10:00 every night. Sometime I am asleep immediately and sometimes I am awake forever. But usually I feel really good today. I ahd a great weekend. Have a good one .

Here it is.....
Let's try and get are proper amount of sleep this week. I know we are all different, some need 6 hrs. some 7, some 8, some of you may need less. What ever it is try and get the right amount every day this week...
