LOL!!!! Sleep won't be a hard challenge for me!!!!! I'm not working at the moment and have nothing else to do (but eat) so I sleep alot!!!
I TOTALLY have not been "eating healthy" for 6 of out 7 days....today being the 7th so I had BETTER eat well today.
When I get "on a roll" ...I tend to isolate as well so I haven't even been reading the boards or logging my food or exercising or anything. I've totally been whacko!
Wow, I can hardly wait to see what my weigh in is tomorrow....
TODAY I WILL BE HEALTHY(ER)!!
Can't help it but I have EXTREME self-loathing at times like this. And any "you're ok's" are not going to make me feel better.
