Hi all! Had a family reunion on Sunday and had a distant relative ask my mother who the woman was sitting with them. When she said it was me, the woman said she couldn't believe how good I looked! I'll take that as a compliment.
So at our family reunion everyone brings a dish or two to share, so Friday I started looking at SparkRecipes.com for something to take with us. Found the best recipe for Slow Cooker Salsa Chicken - terrific! Added a can of Mex-Corn, can of black beans, cup of brown rice about 1/2 hour before we left, and shredded the chicken and mixed everything together. Everyone loved it! My daughter says that's going to be a keeper recipe! Also made pistachio salad with fat-free, sugar-free pudding and Cool Whip Free and couldn't tell the difference between that and using the regular ingredients. Oh, and the Magic Brownies were good too! Who thought you could use black beans in brownies and it would still taste good!

Anyway, the reunion put me behind on doing a challenge and the map, and I'm by myself this week in the office (my sister's on vacation) so I'm going to try and catch up, but bear with me. If anyone has any suggestions for challenges please let me know. I try to do something different every week, and try to keep in mind that we're all different ages and capabilities. Don't know how many people actually do them. How about letting me know if you do them?
Better get back to work now, catch everyone later!
