I eat red white and blue everyday! I start out my day with vanilla yogurt mixed with berries. Raspberries, Marion berries and blueberries. I buy a frozen mix and I thaw them out and eat it with my yogurt. I top it off with some special K berry mix. It's so good I eat it every morning!
Okay, after a little research on the Net, I've found that there are blue grapes, blue plums, and blue chokecherries. These herbs are blue - borage, hyssop, rosemary and sage. Some crawdads and lobsters are blue, though they're very rare. How about blue corn chips? And my favorite no-no - blue M&M's!!!!
The red and the white is easy: cherries, red apples, strawberries, rasberries, milk, bananas (after you peel of course), white cheese, white beans, cottage cheese, blue berries (I don't care for them that much though!), but what else is blue without putting food coloring in it, lol?
