For those on the Moms & Daughters SparkTeam who want to join in the Team goals, simply click on the "Track Goals" button to the right of the goal. It will then show up on your Other Goals page, and will also show up when you click on the goal.
I agree, water, veggie/fruit is a good goal. I have a few other suggestions: exercise ( maybe have you exercised today), clean eating (did you stay in your calorie range and/or away from junk food, and maybe a personal goal.
Just suggestions. If I think of any more that might be helpful I will let you know.
SparkPeople has developed a new Team feature, Team Goals, to help SparkTeam members work together to accomplish common goals. Goals can be set on an individual level and Team level, and members can choose whether or not to participate. If you decide to participate, the goal will show up on your Other Goals page for you to track.
We can set up to 5 Team Goals, could be like "drink 8 glasses of water a day", "eat 5 fruit/vegetables per day" "walk X minutes a day" - general goals, and then 1 or 2 more challenging goals.
Anyone have any suggestions on what kind of goals would benefit the Team most?
