No worries, fearless leader :D I'm sure a bunch of us are in the same boat. I'm omw to my night job (it's 11pm here, to give a guess), have an exam next Tue (it's Thur btw), barely got the counters scrubbed down, have eaten only quick and crap food this week, and haven't seen the inside of the gym I pay for in twice that. BUT... eeking it out: planned a leftover intensive meal to make Monday (my next day off), stuffed my 3lb weights in my workbag, and some notecards to study for the test.
A little bit at a time, getting back on track!
