I'm needing advice an ideas for food to eat.
I am intolerant to tomato and trying to eat healthy with a variety of food is getting tough because the tomato is making me sick again. sometimes its ok if i don't go overboard but at the moment: homemade pizzas, tomato based pastas, lots of salads, sandwhiches i don't make, mexican food, so much is off limits. I tried asking people on facebook but they supplied me with chocolate (though very yummy) one can't have all the time to be healthy. make 10 posts i don't mind any altenatives will really help me.
