I'm thinking I should set a fortnightly goal for weight loss, neither too high nor too low but I'm not sure what would be realistic. No doubt someone has a lot of experience in this and could give me some guidelines.
I do around 6+ hours of walking a week. My current weight is around 83kg and my goal weight is 67kg, so about 16kg to go. I don't follow a special diet, jsut healthy in general, keep treats to minimum and eat smaller portions, minimal snacking, etc.
Does 1.5kg per fortnight sound like a reasonable forntightly goal?
