A month is fine with me. I will up my minutes to 1500 for the month.
I was thinking I will also reward myself if I make it to my goal. ( a little added motivation)
I am thinking of a long hot bubble bath with candles burning (and the kids "trying" to be quiet for 1/2 an hour)

Yes that was an idea I was planning on to for this team. I run one in Sparkies Down Under and thought about doing it with this team except a monthly one but if you want to do this shorter one I am in.

I thought it might be an idea to record our daily exercise minutes. Maybe even challege ourselves to make it to a certain number for the week or fortnight and log in the numbers each day.

Im thinking of trying for 750 minutes starting on Sunday 28th June and finishing on Saturday 11th of July. Thats approximately 55 minutes a day.

Any one want to join me?
