I'm struggling with the rain more than the cold, although that keeps me limited as well, depending on the wind. I generally get my exercise by walking while pushing the pram - which now has TWO children in it! although one is a wee thing, the combined weight of pram and kids is about 62kg!
I can't take the kids out in the rain/wind, and I can't get a good block of time during the day to work out at the moment...and then I have to clean up the toddler's toys to do that, which is a workout in and of itself. I can't wait to get out walking again!
