Mine is starting the day by saying "yes..."

Each morning my partner goes to work just before six (I don't start til 8:30) and he says are you exercising this morning. Every morning I say "yes!" I find that because I have said yes it makes me push myself to get out of bed and get moving.

Mine is trying to stay within my calories and get some exercise. I have been slack lately so my husband now he is home as got laid off pushes me to get in to the gym room JUST WHAT I NEEDED.

This team doesn't seem to be very active. I have taken on team leader to see if we can get it moving.

Hi Jennylee, thanks for the comments. Unfortunately, no I haven't got back into a good routinue. More health issues have arisen so I need to overcome those before I can focus on the weight loss.

Highest weight 81 kilos = 178.6 lb, Dec 2005.
SP Start Weight 8th July 2006 78 kg = 172 lb
HALF WAY 17th September 71.5 kg = 157.6 lb
June 2007 reached original goal 65 kg = 143 lb
July 2007, 62 kilos = 136.7 lb
December 2008 72 kilos = 158.7 pounds.
December 2009 78 kilos = 172 pounds!!! Going the WRONG way!
December 2010 77 kilos = 170 pounds.

I'm trying to get my motivation back to lose weight. I lost 16 kilos from July 2006 to July 2007 (after maintaining a previous loss of 3 kilos) BUT (due to illness) have since put on 13 kilos! I'm getting back to work and want to regain my former fitness and lose the weight (again!!!)

I thought that this might help all of us and we might find out something new!
