Hi I am in the same boat, I can't move very much so I found a video online to workout with it's a sit down work out and it does work, they are easy and great to do if u live close to Pleasant Grove Ut I'm looking for someone to work out with I'm 39 and a mother of 2 kids who are gone right now so looking for a friend to hang with even when they get back. We can help each other U can do it I know I was scared but I rather be alive then Dead. emoticon Drink alot of water too.

This is me and my family before we got married and this is what I looked like and want to get back to.
