So, I just looked at my fitness minutes that I've tracked for the year, and to reach my goal for the year, I need to do 1024 more fitness minutes!
Have you guys been tracking fitness minutes for the year? (I do it by using mySparkAmerica in SparkPeople, because it lets me put in minutes without having to break it down into specific exercises completed. Super easy!). I like doing it this way, because I track my actual weight-training exercises in a book at the gym, so it is annoying to have to re-enter everything I just wrote online, search for the specific exercise, etc.
So, my goal for the rest of the year is to finish those 1024 minutes of physical activity. I'll be checking in here periodically to update you guys on my progress. What is (are) your goal(s) for the rest of the year? How do you plan to meet them?
