I WAS doing well when I used Sparkpeople for portion control on the Paleo Diet, but its easier to dwell in the root vegetable bin, when you're not counting what you eat. So I got netzero i.s. p. and now I am back online with Spark and ready to begin again. I am making my shopping list tonight and starting tomorrow. In the meantime I have started using Everlast Iso Balls for 20 minutes of Pilates in the morning. And I hope using the Spark helps me focus and motivates me to exercise again at night in addition to the morning. I have an exercise DVD for every day of the week for after work. That will have to do for now. If I add muscle, and cut calories, and eat healthy, something good has to happen. I will be 60 in December, and I don't want to lose weight at the speed of the "Losers" on TV because they have the hanging skin, and in the end, they have to stay below 500 calories to maintain. April to December is 8 months. If I average a 5 pound net loss, per month, accounting for additional muscle mass weight, then I will be smaller, and about 40 pounds lighter by my birthday. That wil be a good present.

Follow Your Bliss
thought provoking - thanks for sharing
I'm sharing with as many people as I can.
Each of is an athlete, some are just in training.
type with you later. Junebug
This is a link to a short interview that Sean Croxton from underground wellness did that I thought was worth passing on because the focus is a little different than a lot of paleo stuff:

You can talk to God all you want and that's great, but the changes happen when you start listening to him.
BE THE CHANGE YOU WANT TO SEE IN OTHERS.
