Real easy recipe:
12 oz. cooked turkey (original recipe uses chicken) ground in food processor
1 TBSP. Italian Seasoning
1 TBSP. Dried Chives
2 cloves of garlic crushed
1 TBSP. olive oil
Mix everthing together to get a doughy cosistency
Heat oven to 450.
Line a baking sheet or pizza stone with parchment paper. place dough onto parchment and spread into a flat rectangle about 1/4 in. thick. I scored the dough (3X3) before putting in the oven for 30 min. (makes nine small rectangles)
Toppings as you like - You can put sauce or whatever on the crust with 10-15 minutes left to bake.
I don't put anything on it - I let it bake and store the dry pieces. We can then put whatever topping on and put it in the toaster oven or microwave to complete your individual slice of pizza. Great for a protein and veggie snack! My husband will even eat the slice plain.
