Breakfast-Scrambled eggs in coconut oil, turkey sausage, tomatoes, blueberries
Lunch-Field mix salad with chicken, apple cider vinaigrette, Granny Smith apple
Dinner-Meatloaf (made with almond meal), roasted cauliflower
Breakfast: Steak and egg scramble, coffee
Snack: walnuts and dried apricots
That is all so far today, I am just starting to think about lunch, probably some leftover paleo chili. Then for my next snack a greek yogurt and/or apple slices with almond butter.
I just had breakfast. It was a scramble of 1/2 mashed banana, 1 egg, tsp honey, cinnamon and vanilla. I put a Tbsp of Sunflower seed butter on top and had 4 oz. of Strawberry Orange juice.

B: fruit and Paleo egg/bacon/sweet potato/onion casserole
L: Rainbow salad sautéed in coconut oil, with ham, sunflower seeds; banana and apple with coconut butter
S: clementine and dates
D: Briccoli sautéed in coconut oil, 2 beef nitrate-free hot dogs, rotisserie chicken, almonds; raspberries
I drink only water, sparkling water, and green tea.
It was a good day. Usual breakfast of 3 egg yolks (never liked the whites) poached in water, bacon fried in olive oil. Lunch was a piece of salmon again fried, spinach with butter on top and carrots raw peeled. Had more carrots at 5pm as hungry. Then had dinner of fried chicken - loads of it - the remains of a chicken my sons had roasted the day before, with a huge amount of ready made stir fry. That was it. I only drink water. I am trying to avoid fruit as I binge on it and I am also trying to lose weight.
just wondering and trying to get some ideas so thought it would be cool to ask everyone what they ate today.
