I love myfitnesspal too. It's nice to have something for when you eat out! I don't track usually but once in a while I will because I found I don't eat enough protein sometimes.

I love talking about apps and fitness!
myfitnesspal also offers the Daily or Weekly tab (which includes a pie chart).

Spark is good I like they give a pie chart and its easy then tied into here for finer tuning. (iPhone) I alos like Loseit app. although I am trying to decide if it is worth keeping tow and which to give up if not.

The online Sparkpeople nutritional tracker will auto-calculate all your macros and others that you add specifically to track. I am not sure how this would work with using an app.

There are lots of free ones out there and I've even paid $8 for a paid app once! I find myfitnesspal is ugly-plain but highly powerful with a fantastic food database that you can easily add your own recipes (plus it has a free bar code scanner).
We are needing to find a good food tracking app in order to keep up with daily intake of carbs and all. Hopefully one where all you do is enter the food and the info auto calculates carbs/protein/fats.
