The main concerns with soy is that it's estrogenic and, unless otherwise stated, probably made from GMO soy. If you want to try an alternative to soy (Bragg's) you might want to try coconut aminos. They are more expensive so I reserve them for special occasions and use seasalt and garlic with herbs the rest of the time. Here is the brand I've tried: www6.netrition.com/coconut_secret_co co nut_aminos.html I like it a little better than Braggs.

You can talk to God all you want and that's great, but the changes happen when you start listening to him.

Hi Everyone, I've been loving the paleo lifestyle for about a month, even through all the holiday carb-age, but I do have one question. What is wrong with or can I use Bragg's Liquid Aminos? I know soy sauce is out, tamari is an option, but I wondered about Bragg's. Cannot find an answer on the Whole 30 page or in Robb Wolf's book and Mark Sisson talks about coconut aminos....
Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks in advance.
