as far as I could tell when I just checked Spark can not be set up to work with low-carb type diets.
Just as an example, this is what Spark recommends for me:
Consume between 1600 & 1950 calories per day
Consume between 41 & 72 grams of fat per day.
Consume between 208 & 301 grams of carbohydrates per day.
Consume between 60 & 162 grams of protein per day.
Consume between 25 & 35 g of Fiber, total dietary
Consume at least 8 cups of water per day.
this is what I do on a paleo-type low-carb diet:
consume between 2000-2500 calories per day
consume as much fat as I'm hungry for, at least 200 gram/day
consume between 20-50 grams of carbohydrates per day
consume between 60 -100 grams of protein per day
consume between 5-80 grams of fiber
consume at least 12 cups of water per day
plus I eat at least 3-4 grams of salt, much more than Spark recommends
I decided to make my own plan.
