duh! I should've posted it! I hope you try it. . . it revolutionized the brussel sprout for me.
Here is my favorite brussel sprouts recipe link: http://www.primalgirl.com/2011/10/20/primalgirl-cooks-paleo-holiday-brussel-sprouts/
I use raisins instead cranberries (haven't found cranberries unsulfated and without sugar yet) and usually use pecans for the nuts.

I love my Paleo food.
My favorite meal has ALWAYS been breakfast...so, paleo waffles, paleo meats, eggs, veggies, fruits. Really anything breakfast-y...
And I have a love for balsamic brussel sprouts ... maybe because of the bacon?

I love burgers wrapped in lettuce! I also take a pork tenderloin and slice into medallions and do a quick brown on each then into a baking dish and top with sauteed onions, peppers, mushrooms and spinach then bake about 20-30min. Yummy!

Slow Cooker Pork Chops II on allrecipies.com - super easy, quick, and tastes amazing. My 4 year old daughter even loves it. I don't season the middle, and sometimes double the ingredients for more of a marinade. Just a head up - super moist, but leftovers always end up dry. Enjoy!
Ingredients 1/4 cup olive oil 1 cup chicken broth 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tablespoon paprika 1 tablespoon garlic powder 1 tablespoon poultry seasoning 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1 teaspoon dried basil 4 thick cut boneless pork chops salt and pepper to taste
Directions 1.In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, chicken broth, garlic, paprika, garlic powder, poultry seasoning and basil. Pour into the slow cooker. Cut small slits in each pork chop with the tip of a knife, and season lightly with salt and pepper. Place pork chops into the slow cooker, cover, and cook on High for 4 hours. Baste periodically with the sauce.

Good morning all! So I am back after being pressured into joining a friend on a "quick" weight loss plan that has very little "real" food just a bunch of packets that you mix with water! And yes it was horrible and my hair started falling out!! So gave her all the packets ,said good luck and never again! I have put Marks Primal blue print in my car to re read tonight at work and have prepared a great primal supper to take with me! I have quite a few fav meals,Taco salad (minus the chips) a nice salad with seasoned beef. Also grilled steak, veggies and salad! My garden is overflowing with assorted lettuce right now so lot's of salads are in the cards. Time to do a little exercise before work have a great afternoon all! BBL Diane

Paleo stir fry: usually beef (any protein will work) with peppers, onions, mushrooms, snow peas, broccoli, garlic, and Coconut Aminos for sauce over cauliflower "rice".
Grassfed Italian sausage from a local farmer, cooked in the crockpot covered with peppers onions and mushrooms. Served with organic spaghetti sauce over spaghetti squash.

Any kind of ground meat, huge pile of whatever greens are on hand, garlic, pepper, sautéed down till meat is getting crispy, make a hole in the middle and fry two eggs. Slide on a plate add sea salt and grab my fork. Substantial and yum any time of day.

Home made turkey soup. It was my favorite meal pre-Paleo (body trying to tell me something?) The carcass is boiled to get all that good bone broth and the last slivers of meat off the bones. Add chopped veggies and simmer until perfection.
I'm also into liver pate, which I enjoy for my breakfast at work. It's so easy to pack, along with some chopped veggies. The fat content keeps me sated for a good while.
