I put in to join both the Paleo fb groups. I was in the over 40 one before and then lost my mind when I met this lady who was seeing a trainer and just watching calories. I did that for a week and felt terrible-achy, tired-now, back to Paleo and feeling great!

Best wishes to all of you on your Whole 30. Hope you don't mind me stalking. I did a Whole 30 in May and another in June but am always looking for thoughts and ideas.

18 Monday
Whole 30 Day 1
9:00 AM Chicken leg and thigh with veggies and zucchini
2:00 PM Tuna with avocado, carrots, red pepper
8:30 PM Beef and broccoli with coconut aminos

19 Tuesday
Whole 30 Day 2
8:30 AM Chicken leg and thigh with veggies and zucchini
2:00 PM Tuna with avocado, sauerkraut, tomato
8:00 PM Ground lamb with eggplant, zucchini, tomatoes. Red pepper, thyme, rosemary
9:00 PM Cherry tomatoes

20 Wednesday
Whole 30 Day 3
10:00 AM Chicken leg and thigh, whole avocado and diced tomatoes and chiles and cantaloupe
7:00 PM Burger in a bowl with 1000 and onion mayo
10:30 PM Cherry tomatoes and 1/4 cantaloupe

21 Thursday
Whole 30 Day 4
11:30 AM Ground lamb with eggplant, onion, garlic, tomato, red bell pepper
3:45 PM Chicken broth with vegetables
6:00 PM Cherry tomato and turkey breast
8:00 PM Roasted Brussels sprouts

22 Friday
Whole 30 Day 5
11:00 AM Turkey, avocado, salsa on lettuce
3:00 PM Chicken broth with vegetables and 2 small bowls of coconut flakes
7:00 PM 2 servings lamb stew and more coconut flakes

23 Saturday
Whole 30 Day 6
2:00 PM Turkey breast, avocado, cantaloupe, jicama chips fried in coconut oil
4:00 PM Coconut flakes and raspberries
8:00 PM Salmon with spicy mayo on lettuce with avocado
9:00 PM Cantaloupe

24 Sunday
 Whole 30 Day 7
11:00 AM Shredded beef salad with homemade mayo, salad, avocado and cilantro
5:15 PM Burger with sautéed onions, peppers and green chiles topped with bacon
9:00 PM Pineapple

25 Monday
Whole 30 Day 8
11:45 AM Lamb stew
4:30 PM Turkey on lettuce with mayo and strawberries
7:00 PM Brussels sprouts then shredded beef on portobello

I also drink kombucha daily and take supplements for various things!

I was wondering if anyone would be up for a Whole 30 challenge for the month of July. I've been eating paleo for about 8 or 9 months with too frequent indulgences of dark chocolate and red wine. I think this is a great way to 'clean house' and hopefully kick start my weight loss in the right direction.
