I put in to join both the Paleo fb groups. I was in the over 40 one before and then lost my mind when I met this lady who was seeing a trainer and just watching calories. I did that for a week and felt terrible-achy, tired-now, back to Paleo and feeling great!

I also drink kombucha daily and take supplements for various things!

I was wondering if anyone would be up for a Whole 30 challenge for the month of July. I've been eating paleo for about 8 or 9 months with too frequent indulgences of dark chocolate and red wine. I think this is a great way to 'clean house' and hopefully kick start my weight loss in the right direction.
