It's up to par with Mark Sisson, Robb Wolfe and other deeply science based contributors to the "paleosphere" that really explores they why and how of the lifestyle rather than 'just do it'... (I personally felt very validated reading this article - I've felt for quite a while that Paleo is NOT a weight loss plan... it's a get your body as healthy as possible by healing it from the inside and balancing out your hormones so your body can release the excess fat.)
Think this sums it up perfectly: "The fact that a paleo diet turns a woman into a natural, glowing, fertile, energized machine is a byproduct."
