My favs for this are frozen fruit (grapes for sure) Nuts (but I have to measure them)
roadtrip snacks? kale or turnip green chips and bacon.
What are yours? I'm not smoking, last night I wanted to so bad that I substituted skittles.
so sugar for nicotiene and 3000 other chemicals.
