I always keep frozen grapes in my freezer. When I want "something" and don't know what, if I pop a couple of those in my mouth, they are so cold and by the time you chew one, (they take a few minutes especially if they are the larger ones). Love them!!!!!
Other snacks. I try and keep jicima sticks in the refr. in water so they stay crisp. Baby carrots, celery, things like that. Also hard boiled eggs are always in the refr. too.

I'm early in my paleo lifestyle and started doing Jack Kruse's leptin reset last month for a few weeks. Because of that, I don't really snack. On the rare occasion, I have to admit nuts are high on my list, but since I know they really affect my weightloss, i try to keep it minimal. I wonder if my kids would like frozen grapes. :)
