Since the focus is cooking, and you love food (I just looked at your page), how about emphasizing and upholding your joy of food and your discovery that this is about LIFE, not losing weight? Something like:

Appetite for Life
Primed for Life

I'm brainstorming here to help you come up with the idea, but I think it's clear that you want to share your joy, plus give your own self a message each time you log on and write that you are in a journey that has an overarching point. Not a short term trip. Maybe you don't want to limit yourself to "primal" or a label you're just working with right now, unless that TOTALLY inspires you and helps you to focus! What blog title would make you feel like, "Yeah! This is the core of who I am and why I'm doing this!"

I hope people join in!

I was thinking more along the lines of out on the web. I just want to make a blog with recipes that I've created(I'm really big on cooking, so I experiment a lot!). I also want to just document my own personal journey.

Will this be on SparkPeople (where you can't really title the blog series overall) or out on the Web somewhere?

I have been eating primal/paleo for about a month now. I started looking into the primal way of life out of desperation. For MONTHS I was trying to lose the extra 10 pounds I have by eating the standard way that most people eat(lots of whole grains, lean meat, etc.). I lost 20 pounds eating that way, but the last 10 pounds just wouldn't go away... That is why I started the primal/paleo diet. Now that I have been doing this for a month, I realize that this isn't to lose weight. It's to get healthy. I've been truly enjoying the primal way of life, and I love finding new ways to cook primal. I would really like to start a blog so that I could talk about my new way of life and things I learn from it everyday. I'd like to include recipes I create also. My question is, what should I name my blog?? I will not just be writing about primal eating, but also other primal aspects such as exercise and well being. This won't be a professional blog. Just something for friends and family to read. Any suggestions on names? :) Thanks.
