Throw in some yams, for one. They are great for you and can up the calories for you.
What are you drinking? Add some coconut milk? Do a smoothie for your commute using full fat coconut milk, maybe.
Nuts are a good snack.
But at the end of the day, if you are feeling good right now, not weakened, maybe you don't have to match the "by the book" calorie count. Maybe some days you go over, and some days under. How do you feel right now?
