I've been following a FODMAP diet since Oct, and have seen really good results with my IBS. It's a new way of eating, but it really seems to be a lifesaver for some. I had no idea that Fructose could be causing the reactions I had.

My gluten free buddy at work who suffers greatly from IBS, was just switched to a different diet by her doctor, one for FODMAP intolerance. She says she is seeing great results so far. I looked over her allowed / not allowed list. It is a bit complicated; you couldn't be 100% paleo and still qualify.
Does anyone know much about this? Tried it? Is this something one endures forever?
