Sean, thank you for sharing. I loved reading your blog. Like your wife, I was forced into being gluten free but what a blessing it was. Just as you said, I felt as though my health were 'normal' until I realized what being healthy actually feels like.
I just learned about the 30 day challenge from a friend this morning, then read it in your blog later on. Perhaps there is a message for me here????
