Cavemom, wow: love the Body Gallery site you found. I'm not sure of my goal weight (mostly because I want to add muscle) but it is so refreshing to see un-photoshopped pictures of women at various sizes. Now to find out if I have the chutzpah to contribute a photo of my own....

I also found this site, it shows what women who are your height and weight, body type etc... really look like. It is supposed to promote positive self image by allowing you to see 'what real women look like'.

Mine says 128 but it doesn't take into account the muscle I have. I think 130ish or a little more would be better.

Thanks Laura! I got it now! My true weight is 144 which I think is reasonable. I start to feel more comfortable in the 150's I think I would like anything in the 140's.

It took me a while to figure that out too. ST is stones (British weight measure). You can change it...

The Dukan Diet I think is a low carb diet with high fat. If I am rememebering correctly.

So what does it want when it has a box, then "st" then another box with "lbs" next to it? I am too confused! LOL

I took the quiz and it said my true weight is 134 and my goal weight is 122. Both are healthy for a woman of my height (5'3") plus I have no idea how I would look at both weights. 122 may be a vanity weight goal, and 134 may be a better choice for me. Thanks for the link. It really makes me think about my goals.

My goal weight is 150. My "true weight" is 148.

Has anyone tried the quiz on the Dukan Diet?(no idea what the diet is, just was forwarded the link by a friend to try the quiz)

It asks a few questions, then calculates what an achievable weight goal for you would be.
I would like to be down to 123, it suggests 132.
