Cavemom, wow: love the Body Gallery site you found. I'm not sure of my goal weight (mostly because I want to add muscle) but it is so refreshing to see un-photoshopped pictures of women at various sizes. Now to find out if I have the chutzpah to contribute a photo of my own....

I also found this site, it shows what women who are your height and weight, body type etc... really look like. It is supposed to promote positive self image by allowing you to see 'what real women look like'. www.mybodygallery.com/index.html

I took the quiz and it said my true weight is 134 and my goal weight is 122. Both are healthy for a woman of my height (5'3") plus I have no idea how I would look at both weights. 122 may be a vanity weight goal, and 134 may be a better choice for me. Thanks for the link. It really makes me think about my goals.
