I assume they were talking on NPR about over-processed, pasteurized, homogenized, "enriched" dairy products. That type of "dairy" is a big, big reason that so many people are dairy sensitive.
I drink raw milk and lots of it. and raw cheeses. Of course the Dairy Association does't make a profit when I go visit my friend and come home with a gallon of milk from her cow!! The money I pay goes directly into the cow's wellbeing not into a corporation's profit margin...LOL

Hospitals are terrific for traumatic care; for acute care. They do a really, really good job in saving lives when it’s a sudden bleeding emergency.
