...now I know that might not be much for some...but it is big for me. The reason is because I have remained on this without obsessing about food. When I did South Beach- I lost more but obsessed about what I was going to eat when I finished phase 1. Same with ATkins...weight watchers...etc.
Something about cutting out the wheat that had really curbed my craving of food. I always thought it was the sugar thing more...but I really think my down fall has been the sugar.
So here I am - never thinking I would be celebrating being 190 but I am! I have found that eating this way and keeping my daily caloric intake to 1500 is a key to my success.
...here comes the 180's - right around the corner!
