I did NOT meet most of my daily goals. Myabe I was too ambitious? Maybe I didnt' care enough? Who knows.
Did it help me stay focused? Absolutely! That was my main goal too, stay focused eat 80-90% paleo 100% of the time. I did achieve that goal. I was decent with getting my supplements, and I definitely did better with getting a good nights sleep. In bed by 11 most nights, some even before 11, that is a feat for me!
As for my weight loss goals, eh not as great as I would have liked but still very happy. I realize as I get closer to my goal it will be more difficult, so I can't complain.

I have not done all the measurements yet, but did hips and waist before eating ;)

waist (Natural): 32.5 (I almost cried)
