That 28% I mentioned was with a good quality electrical impedance, If you check out my blog from today you can see there is a lot of discrepancy from the various methods I use.

I am sticking with the scale at the gym because it is the most convenient. I was using the one tape measure site, but it doesn't take into account the waist measurement, so it didn't show any loss for this month, which we know can't be right if I lost 2 inches from my waist! Another one showed 2.4% loss, I like that one :)

Well done Meghan- great to see your BF at 28%. I see that several members on this team are doing the Whole30 Diet- I went to the website this morning and think that I might give it a whirl once I get more mobile and less dependent on someone else doing the cooking.

I did NOT meet most of my daily goals. Myabe I was too ambitious? Maybe I didnt' care enough? Who knows.

Did it help me stay focused? Absolutely! That was my main goal too, stay focused eat 80-90% paleo 100% of the time. I did achieve that goal. I was decent with getting my supplements, and I definitely did better with getting a good nights sleep. In bed by 11 most nights, some even before 11, that is a feat for me!

As for my weight loss goals, eh not as great as I would have liked but still very happy. I realize as I get closer to my goal it will be more difficult, so I can't complain.
