I met my commitments for yesterday although I went out with friends and had 2 beers :(

Commitment: Unpack from trip, gym for an hour, and get 8 hours of sleep.

I did:
push-up
sort of laundry, it was washed but not dried
got all the music into one iTunes library and synched the iPod with the new library.


Also: finished cleaning the kitchen
