I also love Mark's Daily Apple. I get so many recipes that I can't even fathom them all. I don't know if I have the time to make all of that stuff over the course of my life! But at least I'll never get bored.

There's a great thread here that has a lot of resources that can help you with creating your 'list'. One that i like is www.marksdailyapple.com/

Hi there and welcome! Foods allowed: think of any foods that hunter/gatherers would be able to secure- fresh meats, fruits, veggies (not potatoes or yams), seeds and nuts. Not allowed (but we do cheat on occasion): dairy and all grains. Why?- cavemen did not try to milk wild beasts and grains were not part of our diet until the agricultural revolution. Tea, coffee and alcohol are allowed with discretion. Google Paleo diet and you find oodles of wonderful sites...MJ

Hey! I am trying to start adapting the Paleo diet but I was wondering if there is a good site/list of the foods which are not allowed? Thanks!
