I am going to start Paleo again tomorrow... or right now - might as well!
I am currently training for an Ironman Triathlon and I'm worried how this will affect my training the next few weeks. My race is still 11 weeks out, so I have time to experiment.
I've read The Paleo Diet for Athletes, but it's been a few months, and I lent it out to a friend (who is currently out of town). I remember that the diet allows for simple carbs before, during, and immediately after workouts. Anything else I need to know?
