I am. Mmmmm. Hubby makes an amazing grilled turkey. Mom brings veggie tray and stuffing (not my favorite, so I don't make it). I am responsible for the other side dishes. My family has requested mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, AND yucca with cabbage (Nicaraguan dish that we all like). Hmmmm, sounds like a lot of starch. I am leaning toward sweet potatoes and yucca and skipping the mashed. I also need something else, less starchy, because I am also very much looking forward to pumpkin pie! Any ideas?
