Happy November everyone!
How did you do with Halloween? I can say that I did spectacularly poorly. It was my period week, we had two potlucks at work, and I had very little willpower. Sigh. It is okay, though, I am back on the wagon.
Any fun fitness or family plans for this month? We are hoping to get snow in the mountains to go skiing (just my son and I, the rest of the family are scardycats) and we are hoping for some hiking too. I am continuing to train for a 10k and taking swimming lessons. What are you up to?
