While living in Florida I became very sports minded..learned to ride a bicycle, began to swim more often (doing laps too), for a while was walking 6 miles 2 to 3 times a week...I walked from my house to the middle of a bridge across a wide river...gorgeous view....then back home..I find when I walk I need a destination...not just walk X miles. Also took some Ballroom Dancing lessons...that's a great, fun workout..occasionally my daughter & I play 'tennis'...our version..we bring with us a bunch of tennis balls..and hit and chase them back and forth..neither of us really 'know'how to play tennis so we do our own version..and have lots of fun at it..

I love my treadmill. I do weights, but love them less.

Just curious how everyone here exercises to meet their goals!
I'm a runner and am training for my first half marathon! I also do weights with Jari Love's Get Ripped DVD's.
