Today was my usual, Steel Cut Oats with unsweetened vanilla almond milk...AND a ripe banana....yummm. Usually I put dried fruit-cherries or cranberries or blueberries in it...the banana was a nice treat!

I had plain oatmeal with cinnamon (instead of brown sugar) and a slice of Oroweat double fiber toast with 1 tablespoon of peanut butter. SUPER yummy and filling. 295 calories!

Typical breakfast this morning. 3 egg white omelet with peppers and onions. 1/2 a mini whole wheat bagel and 1/2 tbsp natural peanut butter. Chunky peanut butter, of course. Yum.

My breakfast consisted of 4 egg whites that made my recipe called Say cheese egg mug. Had 4 different kinds of cheese and was so cheesy and yummy!! As well as a medium banana, whole wheat full pita, my multi vitamin 1/4 almond milk for my cup of coffee & 1/2 cup FF milk. Total of 332 calories.
