Please try not to obsess about what magic thing you should or shouldn't be eating. You should be concerned with the quantity and quality of what you are eating. I don't know enough about your situation to say how many, but you should have an idea of how many calories you should be taking in. After that, it is a matter of making sure that those calories are quality calories - food that is going to fuel your body's needs, not your tastebuds! ;)
Depending on your level of activity, you make actually find that you are not eating enough. It is counter-intuitive, but it often happens that in our weightloss journeys we get so wrapped up about reducing the amount we eat. And then we feel great, and we do more activities, and soon we are not eating enough calories to support the additional activities and actually create a calorie deficit and our weight loss stalls. Time to re-evaluate your caloric needs and your calorie content...
