Hi Fellow Runner Girls, I started back to my "Runner's World" Beginnig Runner's routine today with not much running mostly walking as I was a little sore in the right leg, I figure I probably overstretched I usually do but I am taking it easy until I get better as I am just now starting to come back from the hysterectomy;my goal is to have it completed by the winter so I can run out doors in the winter time and do what I am going to call a "ONEWOMAN 5K" that is when I am the only one doing the distance of a 5K using the run/walk/run mode.
