I would think so...it doesn't dehydrate like coffee can...and especially if you don't add any milk/cream.

But even if you DO it should count toward your hydration totals.

Good information! Some days it is SO hard to get in my water - especially with colder (and it's in the 20's here), but I know it's important. I'm going to focus on ways to get it in me this week!
