A member recently posted about lacking antivirus software...whew! What a dangerous proposition, surfing without protection!

Oh my!

There are SO many free antivirus / anti-malware programs out there!

Top 3 free antivirus:

AVG

Avast

AntiVir

All are available at www.download.com one of the most reliable and safe places around for software.

Here is a link that will include downloads of two of the three (AVG & Avast):

All of these have counterparts which cost money, but add very little over the freebie. I NEVER pay for antivirus software and have done just fine!

Paying for antivirus is ALMOST as bad as paying for water you can get for free out of the tap...! lol!
