My brother and his wife have already been working toward this with me! Everytime they have me over for dinner, he will ask "Now that was healthy, right?" We talked about favorite family foods being something we had during childhood so they encourage their 2 & 3 yr old to eat the veggies and yogurt and cheese they like. They have special, smaller plates now so they are not so apt to think they have to eat enough to fill a bigger plate. Thanks for the tip, though!
