LOL!!! I'm surprised the article didn't mention the machine that shakes the fat off. I was shocked when I saw those things back on the market. I remember my mother and her neighbor using one back in the '60s.
I'll have to admit that my daughter and I would pick up a 6 pack of Taco Bell tacos on our way home from the gym once a week when she was in high school. We'd share it with DH and we were both incredibly fit. I can't imagine eating there more than once a week though, and I think the quality of the food was much better way back then.
Remember, nobody can go back to the very beginning and make a brand new start, but anyone can start here and make a brand new end.
There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results."
Sharing this for two reasons:
1) It's a great belly laugh!
2) To illustrate how to tell if one should be wary of an advertised pitch for some sort of quick weight-loss fix.
