Since starting Spark People, I have tried to add water to my good habits. Some days go better than others.
I no longer hang around the 'same crowd' as I did last year and there is much less celebrating with a glass of wine (or beer). I never would have ordered a club soda back then... but I would now.
There ain't much fun in medicine, but there's a heck of a lot of medicine in fun.

Thanks Don for this article. It brought to light something that I never knew I did when I see skinny people. I think to myself, they don't have to worry about being heavy. What I never considered was, they might be a spark person that met their goals.
The one thing I have been working on is parking farther away in order to get more steps in. Plus I no longer get so upset when someone else rushes to a close parking spot...I just say to myself, "I will be more fitness minutes then they"!
