Since starting Spark People, I have tried to add water to my good habits. Some days go better than others.

I no longer hang around the 'same crowd' as I did last year and there is much less celebrating with a glass of wine (or beer). I never would have ordered a club soda back then... but I would now.

There ain't much fun in medicine, but there's a heck of a lot of medicine in fun.

Thanks Don for this article. It brought to light something that I never knew I did when I see skinny people. I think to myself, they don't have to worry about being heavy. What I never considered was, they might be a spark person that met their goals.

The one thing I have been working on is parking farther away in order to get more steps in. Plus I no longer get so upset when someone else rushes to a close parking spot...I just say to myself, "I will be more fitness minutes then they"!

Everything happens for a reason!

One of today's DailySpark articles hits the nail right on the head in describing many of the healthy changes I've made in my food choices since joining SparkPeople:

Can you think of other healthy changes you've made which have made a difference for you in your journey toward a healthier, fitter YOU...?

Let's share some of our secrets to our SUCCESS! :-)
