Here we are with Christmas knocking at our door...coupled with being unemployed this can become a double whammy for ANYONE!
How are folks dealing with all the potential negative feelings that can creep or erupt into our lives as a result of the STRESS of unemployment?
Here are some resource articles which you may find helpful, but I'm hoping folks can share what strategies YOU have found useful as I think sharing lessons we have learned with each other is the BEST way to discover new approaches we want to try for ourselves.
I often encourage people to follow the Serenity Prayer and avoid stressing or worrying over things which are beyond your control and focus on those things that ARE under your control. Of course TOPS on that list is paying close attention to your water intake, quality food intake and routine physical outlets.
What have YOU found helpful out there...? Please c'mon by and post away and pay your success forward! :-)
