Is anyone else out there in the northern climes struggling with the fall season like I am...? As you'll see in my current status:
Too DARK, Too COLD, Too SOON!!!
Have to wonder about Seasonal Affective Disorder...! Since getting my SPARK on I've found myself craving the outdoors and sunshine. It's feeling like I'm going through withdrawal lately...ugh!

It's already dark in the morning when I do my treadmill routine! At least my internal "clock" is catching up with the dark. I don't wake up with an alarm clock...just do it on my internal clock. Had a few oversleeps, but not many and now? 6 a.m. and I'm UP!
How're folks dealing with the seasonal changes? Care to share any of your experiences? Strategies?
