The Budget Ecoist

The one thing that is really hard about going green is that it is often expensive. But now with The Budget Ecoist you can learn how to go green on a budget.

The site is divided into sections, they are:

Eco-tips – here you will find great tips on everything from making your own cleansers to swapping items you don’t need any more to making your own flavored water! There are a ton of great articles here for you to check out.

Organic – here you can learn about everything organic, as well as, get recipes to make appetizing organic dishes! There are a lot of different recipes here: from yummy drinks, appetizers, and even a recipe for making your own hummingbird feed!

Products – here you can learn all about products that are organic – this is also where there are free giveaways and reviews of websites and products!

Recycle – one of the cheapest and easiest ways to go green is by recycling. From recycling the prom dress your daughter will never wear again to advice on how to recycle other items around you house that you’re not using – like all those half full paint cans from your decorating projects, or all those old keys that you don’t use any more!

Community – here you can read about community issues like why Earth Day still matters, and more! It’s definitely worth a look!
