I LOVE that idea and have been SO drawn to the vegetarian approach. It makes so much sense from a dietary and ENVIRONMENTAL point of view!
If one takes all the grain cattle ate and turned that into food it would amount to a CONSIDERABLY greater quantity of nourishment!
While I'm not a HEAVY meat-eater, I do still eat meat...actually am more intense in the dairy (eggs, cheese and yogurt department). But I have considerably bulked up my veggie consumption. There was a time when I ate next to NO veggies...the BAD old days...lol!
